Service Engineer, Client Services Team - North East – Up to £35,000

The role

Covering one of our core regions, you’ll be the face of our business in the field. Communicating with everyone across the Client Services team, you’ll be helping to keep our machines running and our clients happy. You’ll be visiting client sites and undertaking regular and preventative maintenance and, of course, emergency calls on the occasions when things do go wrong.

It’s an exciting time to join us — we are hiring a brand-new team and are set to grow at pace. Your role will evolve as we grow and you’ll have every opportunity to see how far you can go.

If this is you

So, if you’re a great communicator and committed to customer service, we want to hear from you. You’ll be passionate about what you do, and be able to work confidently, using your initiative to help us improve our processes and find new and better ways of doing things. You’ll take ownership of the whole service cycle for your given region and be happy working independently.

You’ll have a good working knowledge of electrical and plumbing work gained in a commercial laundry service environment. Ideally you’ll hold a Gas qualification, however that’s not essential. We’ll need you to be able to keep a good check on your parts stock and tools, making sure you help us keep you properly equipped. You’ll also need a full and valid UK driving licence for that whizzy van we are going to equip you with.
