Your Staffordshire University Discount Code entitles you to 49 washes and 49 dries at the Clarice Cliff or Bush House (portacabin) laundry room.
Once you have completed the payment for your Laundry Membership, you will receive an email purchase confirmation from us, which you will need to keep and show at the Coalport Reception. Please check your junk folder in case it goes through to there.
Upon providing proof of your purchase and, showing staff a current Student ID and, a current NHS card, you will be given a code for the Washstation App.
You will need to download the App from your App Store and, using the message service within the App, contact our User Experience team stating your code. The team will then create your laundry wallet for you, and then you're ready to wash!
Please note our team working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-9pm and Sat/Sun 10am-6pm.
